About me
Hey there! I’m Oksana, a front-end developer from Ukraine, now living in Cracow, Poland.
I’ve been in IT for over 8 years, with the last 5+ years focused on React-based projects. During that time, I’ve worked with teams of various sizes, helping projects succeed and enjoying the process of building cool stuff together. Along the way, I’ve mentored other developers, led team meetings, and conducted technical interviews.
While I’ve built strong expertise, I’m always excited to keep learning and growing. I love sharing what I know, which is why I created this website — a space to write tech posts, experiment with new tools and technologies, and give back to the dev community.
Last projects
In my career, I’ve found that I really enjoy working on long-term projects. Over the past four years, I’ve had the chance to focus on two of them. Below is a quick overview of my responsibilities on each.
PaaS platform for furniture rental & SaaS platform for managing inventory and equipping teams
- Working closely with the product team (designers, content makers, CTO).
- Played a key role in developing (front-end part) multi-language and multi-market support.
- Working on website performance and speed optimization, SEO support.
- Supporting existing code base and adding new features for both apps: marketplace and admin app.
- Developing building components for prismic.io (headless CMS).
- Mentoring developers on the project.
- Conducting code reviews.
- Conducting tech interviews.
- Providing technical documentation.
- Driving team meetings like retrospectives.
+ Working with Recharts, Poeditor, i18next, Typeform, Hubspot, etc.

SaaS platform to manage business processes
- Landing Page design & development
- React SPA (functional components & custom hooks & context)
- UI Framework - Material UI (custom theme, theme styles overriding)
- AWS Authentication, Amazon S3 on front-end (using AWS Amplify)
- APIs using GraphQL
- Tables, charts(using Recharts), custom forms.
- Developed a single React project for converting JSON to Landing Page for clients of the platform.
- Developed npm package for converting JSON to React Material UI forms.
